Country Style Catfish with Green Beans and Sweet Onions
Ingredients
Fish
- lb catfish fillet fresh
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2/3 cup corn flake crumbs
- non-stick spray
Green Beans
- 1 pkg green beans frozen, french cut
- 1/2 medium sweet onion chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Fish
- preheat oven to 500 degrees
- rinse fish and pat dry
- dip fish in olive oil
- bread fish with corn flake crumbs
- spray baking sheet with non-stick spray
- season fish with fresh ground pepper
- bake for 10 minutes
Green Beans
- Chop sweet onion
- heat oil in skillet
- heat oil in skillet
- heat through and plate
- top with fresh sweet onions
